Privacy Statement
Aligned Management Associates, Inc. collects and stores contact data on conference attendees and on persons submitting mailing list forms. In addition, we obtain some contact data from public sources, including the Internet, and from faculty who assist with conference development.
This contact data is used to distribute information about AMA, Inc. conferences-by personal invitation, mailed brochure, and email broadcast. AMA, Inc. does not sell nor otherwise provide contact data, including mailing lists and email broadcast lists, to third parties. We do not support telemarketing.
However, physicians and others who request CME credit are required by the ACCME (Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education) to provide either the last five digits of their Social Security number or AMA Physician ID number. We collect this information and furnish it to the organization sponsoring CME credit for a given conference.
Anyone may participate in an AMA, Inc. conference without providing contact data if the registration payment method is in concordance with the information provided.
Any person who wishes AMA, Inc. to discard his/her contact data may notify us at any time-by email at , by phone at 1-951-765-2573, by fax at 1-951-765-2576, or by mail at 475 W. Stetson, Ste. T, PMB #388, Hemet CA 92543, USA. Aligned Management Associates, Inc. stores information on private and non-networked computers, not on a server. Credit card information is used only for the payment transaction in question and is destroyed appropriately once the conference is complete. AMA, Inc. is committed to data privacy and takes every reasonable step to make sure no outside party has access to personal information.
Conference Cancellation Policy
Paid conference registrations are not refunded in full at any time. Through the cut-off date specified for each conference (stated on the registration form), an administrative fee of $100 is deducted from any refund. After the specified cut-off date, no refunds are given. However, a payment, less the $100 fee, can be applied to the next year’s conference. Also, at any time, a paid registration can be transferred to another attendee for the same conference, without penalty.
